It shall not be resold for more than its face value.
It shall not be used as a prize in a lottery or in a newspaper or other competition without the consent of the organiser.
The holder shall not take a camera or photographic equipment of any description into the ground or take any cinematograph picture or photograph of any kind of the match without obtaining prior written permission from the club.
All persons entering the ground must comply with Darlaston Town’s Ground Regulations published on the club website and as displayed at various points within the ground
No refund shall be made until after the rearranged game has taken place
No refund of ticket prices shall be made save in the following specific circumstances:

Postponement/Rearrangement of a Match
In the event of postponement of the match prior to entry to the ground, the ticket will be valid for the rearranged playing of the match.

Where the match is postponed after entry to the ground and before the match kick-off, entry to the ground for the rearranged playing of the match will only be permitted on presentation of the ticket and subject to compliance with any other arrangements as may be announced at the time.

A person who does not wish or is unable to attend the rearranged playing of the match shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket less the booking and refund administration fees. Applications for a refund must be made in writing to The Club Secretary and be received within 14 days of the rearranged playing of the match, enclosing the ticket issued upon entering the ground.

All applications for and correspondence in relation to refunds must be addressed to The Club Secretary. The name and address of each ticket holder must be supplied in block capitals for a refund to be given. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund to be made.

A refund shall be made on presentation of the ticket issued on entrance into the ground, or confirmation of purchase from Fanbase or return any other ticket issued by Darlaston Town for the fixture.

Any booking fee paid on purchasing the ticket will be retained along with a £1 administration fee for the cost of the refund for each ticket.

Darlaston Town shall not in any of the above circumstances be liable in any event for any amounts other than the refunds as set out above (for example there will be no liability for any hotel and other travel expenses).

The club or their agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to the holder of this ticket save as expressly excluded by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

The possession of this ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.

In the event of any breach of these conditions the club reserves the right to cancel the ticket and retain the money paid thereafter.
