Tomorrow Darlaston Town will hold their second XI a side tournament for the Leon Taylor Memorial Trophy. Last years winners Studley are not taking part, but this year all four teams taking part are Black Country based and we are hopeful of a great turnout from supporters of all four clubs. The forecast is good, the bar open all afternoon and well into the evening

Four teams will play seven games to decide who wins the trophy.
The teams competing are
Tipton Town
Warstones Wanderers
Gornal Athletic
Darlaston Town

Each club will bring a maximum of squad of 20 players, each game will be of 25 minutes duration with no half time or change around. All clubs will play each other once with 3 points for a win and one for each goal scored. The top two in the table will play in the final around 5.15pm to decide the winner.

First game will kick off at 2pm
Gates open at 1pm
Admission £5 per person. Under 10’s free.

Come and support your club, it’s a fantastic afternoon, all team’s will want to win every game, and certainly by as many goals as possible.
