The winners of Tamworth vs Darlaston Town have been drawn at home to play the winners of the Boldmere St Michaels vs Alvechurch tie.

Coleshill Town or Birmingham City vs Rugby Town
Solihull Moors vs Redditch United
Coventry Sphinx or Aston Villa vs Lye Town
Leamington vs AFC Wolverhampton City or Halesowen Town
Stourbridge vs Walsall
Tamworth or Darlaston Town vs Boldmere St. Michaels or Alvechurch
Bedworth United vs West Bromwich Albion
