After receiving the judges vote on Wednesday 14-year-old Cerebral Palsy sufferer and stand-up comedian Eva Abley qualified for tonight’s BGT final

This evening on ITV’s premier show Britain’s Got Talent, Darlaston Town 1874 FC are appealing for everyone to vote for one of our own Eva Abley. Thje Abley family have a long standing relationship the with club and the town

14-year-old Cerebral Palsy sufferer Eva Abley has proved over her two performances on the show that her stand-up comedy routine has had everyone in stitches, her self-written material has proved to be a huge success, she takes no prisoners with her sharp wit, even big boss Simon Cowell suffered in the semi-final on Wednesday evening, when Eva poked fun at Simon’s E Bike accidents .

The teen joked: 'I would love to buy n e-bike but then I’m thinking, if the richest man on TV can’t stay on one… what chance do I have? Maybe if I win BGT I would get us both a lesson and some stabilisers for you Simon.'

David said Eva was his favourite act of the week, saying: 'Your jokes were lovable, they were all zingers.'

Simon jokingly added: 'Eva, I thought we were friends!' before adding: 'I absolutely love you.'

Singer Tom Ball secured the public vote, Eva earned her place in the final by securing the judges votes

Eva lives in Cannock with her parents, Matt & Kelly Abley. The Abley family has a long relationship with Darlaston Town, Eva’s fireman father Matt is well known to long-time supporters, they will know him much better as “Masha” after playing for the first team as a 15 year old, player for the club for several seasons before going into the services.

Matt’s mother, Kath served a Darlaston town Club Secretary for many years, and this alongside with running the Prince of Wales for a number of years with her husband Joe.

We would ask that all Darlaston Town supporters, players, youth section, and ladies to get behind Eva and vote for her, following her performance this evening along with all of Darlaston’s residents, lets try and give an exceptionally talented comedian the best opportunity possible to win BGT and a place on the Royal Varity Performance in front of the royal family later this year.

Voting will be only open for a shot while after all of the acts have performed. Details on how to vote will be published during the programme which starts at 7.30 pm on ITV.
