The club will be holding its two Annual General Meetings for both Darlaston Town (1874) Football Club CIC and its subsidiary company Darlaston Town FC Limited on Monday 13th January 2025 stating at 7 pm in The LT9 Bar at the Paycare Stadium, Bentley Road North, WALSALL, WS2 0EA.

The two AGM’s will be separate meetings and will follow each other. Each company will review the year ends as of 30 June 2024. The Treasurer will be presenting the latest Accounts for both companies whilst the Chairman will be presenting the club Community Interest Company Report sent to the Regulator for Darlaston Town (1874) Football Club CIC.

The Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, Directors and Committee of both companies will be on hand to answer questions.

Everyone is welcome from all sections of the club; everyone should be seated in readiness for a prompt 7pm start.
