Darlaston Town have been moved by the FA into The Northern Premier League West Division next season

The FA have released the league allocations for next season at 12 noon today.

Darlaston Town have been moved from The Northern Premier League Midlands Division into The Northern Premier League West Division which will see us travelling up and down the M6 corridor on a regular basis next season along with Sporting Khalsa who have also been moved into the same division.

A second consecutive season of meeting new teams and travelling to new grounds lie ahead, but within the division there are teams well known to Darlaston supporters, such as Chasetown, Congleton Town along with newly promoted Shifnal Town who won the play-offs in the MFL last season.

Lichfield City who won the MFL last season have been placed in the The Northern Premier League Midlands Division.

Darlaston’s league next season contains 22 clubs therefore the season will consist of 42 games the full list of teams within The Northern Premier League Midlands Division is as follows.

The release today of allocations may be subject to change before the season starts due to appeals because clubs may appeal the FA’s decision to move them or place them into the West Division.
