After one of the clubs longest journey's this season the first of two back to back away trips, yet again Darlaston's young squad produced an outstanding first half performance that produced two goals of the highest quality, making life very difficult for Wellingborough.

The second half was a different story the home side threw the kitchen sink and everything they had at Darlaston, who for the second week running finished the game with no center half's after the influential Ben Podmore was injured.
