Darlaston are beaten at Sutton Coldfield Town to end their Birmingham Senior Cup campaign

A goal in each half sees last nights hosts book a place in the third round draw of the Birmingham Senior Cup

Darlaston were knocked out of the Birmingham Senior Cup last night following at 2-0 loss at The domino’s Arena home of Sutton Coldfield Town.

Darlaston’s management team made seven changes to Saturday’s starting line up that brought league leaders Quorn’s 14 game winning run to an end. The changes included the return to Darlaston colours for Reece Mason who has not played for the club since suffering a horror knee injury more than 16 months ago.

Darlaston now have a 11 day break from league action and their next NPL fixture is on Saturday 7th December when they welcome Coleshill Town to the Paycare stadium kick off 3 pm
