This is the first season we have entered a midweek floodlit youth team in the Western Division, many of the squad are only 16 years old and are new to this level of football. When the league fixtures were released, manager Dave Clark and his young team had the most difficult of starts, the opening two games against last seasons champions and runners up.

In their opening fixture the youngsters beat last season's runners up Cradley Town by three goals to one. Last night they faced last season's champions Tividale and recorded an excellent 1-0 win, to make it two wins in two games.

Their next game is at home, The Tactica Sports Stadium WS2 0EA on Thursday 27 August KO 7.45pm. The opponents Dudley Sports have also won their opening two games so the top two in the Division go head to head in another tough game for our youngsters.
