An outstanding performance at Racing Club Warwick allows Darlaston Town to return to winning ways

Three first half unanswered goals set up a big win against a really good Racing Club Warwick side.

Following Wednesday's defeat to the really impressive Anstey Nomads, The Citizens returned to winning ways yesterday at Townsend Meadow the home of Racing Club Warwick, a ground where Darlaston have never earned a point before.

An outstanding first half allowed Darlaston to go into the half time interval three goals to the good, which should have been four after a penalty was missed.

Next up for Darlaston is a return to the Paycare Stadium on Wednesday evening for the first of two games in four days when Coleshill Town visit for a rearranged fixture kick off 7.45 pm. The club would be very grateful if all its supporters could bring either a friend, relative, work colleague to the game, and if they are season ticket holders at local EFL & Premier League clubs like any other visitors the admission will be reduced by 50%
