Following Wednesday's defeat to the really impressive Anstey Nomads, The Citizens returned to winning ways yesterday at Townsend Meadow the home of Racing Club Warwick, a ground where Darlaston have never earned a point before.
An outstanding first half allowed Darlaston to go into the half time interval three goals to the good, which should have been four after a penalty was missed.

Next up for Darlaston is a return to the Paycare Stadium on Wednesday evening for the first of two games in four days when Coleshill Town visit for a rearranged fixture kick off 7.45 pm. The club would be very grateful if all its supporters could bring either a friend, relative, work colleague to the game, and if they are season ticket holders at local EFL & Premier League clubs like any other visitors the admission will be reduced by 50%
