Another technical training session completed in readiness for this weekends game.

Last night twenty-five players attended training, five keepers and twenty outfield players made up of squad members and trialist’s.

The evening starts with our new warm up routine designed by Sports Therapist Mike Howe which everyone does, its designed to make sure all parts of the body are warmed up correctly by basically replicating some or all of the movements prevent injury.

The group splits into keepers and the rest. The keepers were put through a hard-technical session by Goalkeeping Coach Shaun Bolton, and the remaining twenty were under the instruction of Assistant Manager Andy Thomas it’s all about tight technical quick one and two touch sessions.

The whole evening finishing with a controlled 15-minute game with all 25 players playing on half a pitch.
