Together with all other WMRL Division One clubs we have received an email from the West Midlands Regional League (WMRL) informing us of the outcome of a Management Committee meeting held on Monday 13th May.

The committee discussed the abandonment of the game between Bustleholme and Worcester Raiders on 19th March and have allowed the score at the time of the abandonment to stand.

Both clubs were found guilty by an FA Independent Commission of Misconduct breaches under Rule E20. The WMRL Management Committee "unanimously agreed that the punishment imposed on both clubs was sufficient and did not warrant any further sanction".

Whilst the outcome is particularly important to Worcester Raiders and ourselves there are other issues to consider. The club is taking advice and is considering all available options.

The club will be making no further comment until such time as this matter is finally resolved whatever course of action if any the club decides to pursue
