Darlaston produce a disciplined workman like performance to earn a point

Darlaston yesterday completed their first 0-0 in 5 years at promotion chasing Black Country Rangers.

Andy Parkes squad produced a disciplined performance and should have taken all three points on the balance of the chances they created.

In speaking to manager Andy Parkes after the game he said "I am very pleased with the way the lads applied themselves today, for the full 90 minutes they never let up. We have now played Black Country twice this season and not conceded a goal, which given their pedigree is some achievement".
