Match Preview

"This Saturday (17 December) is yet another momentous day in the history of our club. Not only do we entertain Alvis Sporting FC Midland Football league) in the 3rd Round of the B'ham County FA Vase but we also officially open our new 50 seat grandstand. Local MP Valerie Vaz will be the guest of honour but we invite players, officials and supporters old and new to come and join us in the celebration.

It would be wonderful to see many former players and officials at the game . The Vase competition is very special to Darlaston as we remain the only team to win the competition in successive seasons (1990/91 and 1991/92). In particular it would be lovely to see some players and officials from those teams here at the game they include -

We have decided there will be no admission charge to this game so please pop and see us at the Paycare Ground, Bentley leisure Pavilion, Bentley Road North, Bentley WS2 0EA. The opening ceremony will be at 1.15pm and Kick Off is 1.30pm.
