This Saturday (weather permitting) sees Darlaston Town (1874) entertain Rugby Borough who play in Division One of the Everards Brewery Leicestershire Senior League in a third round tie in the Birmingham County FA Vase competition.

Kick has been moved back to 1.45 p.m. just in case penalties are needed to settle the tie, if the scores are level after 90 minutes.

Obviously we are all hoping for a sudden thaw and melt of the snow, but our problems don't stop there are this could leave a very wet and waterlogged pitch.
