As part of the Clubs forward thinking and development we are looking for someone to work with the First Team on Match Days

Darlaston Town (1874) require a Match Day Physio/First Responder to look after the medical needs of the First Team on match days.

The successful applicant will work under the supervision and guidance of our Sports Therapist Mike Howe.

The role includes the management and treatment of injuries on match day on and off the pitch, providing medical and massage assistance to the players, before, during and after the game, working alongside the First Team Management and Coaches. Liaising with and reporting to our existing Sports Therapist and provide details notes on players records for injuries suffered and treated on a game by game basis.

All applicants should be physically able and have some first aid and medical experience. The position would ideally suit someone currently in medical or physiotherapy training.

Darlaston Town (1874) is very much a family club, run exceptionally well by a group of volunteers and is always looking for way to improve and provide a better experience for anyone connected too or visits the club.
