Darlaston New Ladies’ Team is Looking to Recruit on and off the Field

Darlo ladies need a coach, and new players for when they start their preseason training on 23rd June

This upcoming season the newly formed Darlaston Ladies Football Team will be looking to make an instant impact in the Birmingham County League.

The team itself consists of the perfect blend of experience and youth, with players having previous affiliations with the likes of Birmingham, Wolves and West Bromwich Albion Ladies. The nucleus of the team have also played together for the last few seasons in the West Midlands Regional League and have had numerous successes, having gained a promotion, reached a cup final and having a lengthy run the women’s FA cup qualifying rounds.

The management team itself possesses a wealth of experience within both the men’s and women’s game, between them they have gained success with Wolves, Stafford, Halesowen and Stourbridge.

Both players and managers alike found the prospect of this exciting new venture a mouth-watering opportunity to make a significant impact within the local female game.
In order to strengthen the management and playing staff we are looking to appoint for the following positions

Ladies First Team Coach
We are looking for a coach ideally with at least a FA Level 2 coaching qualification, along with excellent communication skills, must be able to maintain discipline and have experience coaching adults.
(Part time position - Voluntary, must be available Wednesdays (2hours) training, Sunday afternoons during season time.)

Players Wanted
Players wanted to expand and add depth to the current team.
Preseason start date 23rd June @ 1PM, Willenhall Memorial park, Pinson Rd, Willenhall WV13 2PW)

All Positions are on a voluntary basis
