After the success of last weeks first Boxing and Bootcamps fitness session taken by The fully qualified instructor Shelli Lowe, this Wednesday see's a repeat session 7 pm till 8 pm.

In speaking to some of the ladies that went to last week's session, it obviously worked, some were still feeling the effects at Saturdays game at Bromyard.
